I used a promo code on thepokecave.com, it made the order feel a lot more reasonable price-wise. It wasn’t some huge discount or anything, but hey, still better than paying full price. Checkout was simple too. I’d give it 4 stars because a few items still felt a little pricey, but the deal definitely helped

I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me fairly quickly, not right away, but still within a reasonable time — and the answer they gave me was clear and helpful.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had to follow up once before things really moved along. They handled it fine after that, but I was kind of expecting a small credit or something for the extra wait. Overall though, it was a easy experience.

The item matched the description, so I can’t really complain. I was a little skeptical at first, but it showed up as described and I didn’t have any issues with it.

The instructions were clear, so I wasn’t confused about what to do, but the replies took a few days each time, which was a little frustrating. I got my cards for cheap and, uh, they were definitely worth it for the price.

Had a problem with my order and, to be fair, they did send a replacement. It just took its sweet time getting here, because apparently patience is part of the package. Support was fine, not exactly lightning fast, but they did help in the end. Got the replacement eventually, so I’m somewhere between relieved and mildly annoyed.
